Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Honey Badger. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you use Honey Badger for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Honey Badger helps merchants select products using configured conditions and maintain product tags or supported text metafields. Tasks can run manually or on a recurring schedule. The optional Theme App Extension can display supported Honey Badger tags on compatible product cards and product pages.

Honey Badger can also maintain tags used by compatible third-party badge apps, themes, or Shopify automated collection conditions. Those third-party products and configurations are separate from Honey Badger, and compatibility depends on how they read product tags or metafields.

You must have authority to connect the Shopify store and grant the permissions requested by the app. You are responsible for configuring, previewing, and reviewing task conditions, product limits, schedules, tags, metafields, badge presentation, and resulting catalog or collection changes.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of Shopify’s terms or applicable law.

Paid subscriptions are selected and billed through Shopify. Current plan prices, billing periods, trial terms, and included limits are shown before you confirm a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Shopify. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided by Shopify.

Optional Google Analytics and assistant connections are governed by the terms of their respective providers. You are responsible for connecting accounts and data that you are authorized to use. You may disconnect or revoke those connections from the app.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the updated date above will show when changes take effect.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every task will produce the result you expect in every store, theme, badge app, or catalog configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rami Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of Honey Badger. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Honey Badger during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using Honey Badger by uninstalling the app from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security risk, or if required by law or Shopify.
